Your Role:

We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for lens manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develops and updates preventive maintenance and shutdown plans for equipment and facilities.
• Creates and manages Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work orders with materials, tools, labor, and safety details.

• Coordinates maintenance activities with production and engineering teams.
• Tracks downtime and analyze trends to improve reliability.
• Maintains accurate asset records and documentation in CMMS.
• Manages spare parts inventory and coordinate purchasing.
• Plans and supports equipment shutdowns, installations, and upgrades.
• Ensures compliance with cleanroom, safety, and quality standards.
• Supports root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Communicates maintenance schedules and updates clearly to all teams.

A Portrait of a Perfect Candidate

• With more than 3years in maintenance planning or scheduling, ideally in manufacturing or cleanroom environments.

• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, or automated equipment.
• Proficient in CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Fiix) for work orders and equipment history.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (maintenance, production, engineering,

procurement).

• Familiarity with optical or precision manufacturing equipment (lens polishers, coaters, blockers) is a plus.
• Understanding of spare parts management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards (ISO 13485) preferred.
• Skilled in data analysis for equipment performance and maintenance trends.
