Your Role:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and Talent Lead plays a dual role in driving strategic HR initiatives and leading talent management efforts across the organization. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, the HRBP aligns people strategies with business goals, while also spearheading talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce.
Your Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering:
- Partners with business leaders/Department Managers to align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Provides guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Supports employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy compliance.
- Drives performance management processes and support leadership development.
- Analyzes HR metrics to inform decisions and improve employee experience.
Talent Lead Responsibilities:
- Leads the end-to-end talent strategy including acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention, with strong collaboration with Regional Talent Lead on defined goals and strategies.
- Provides regular reporting requirements to the Region.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to define talent needs and ensure timely, high-quality recruitment.
- Oversees succession planning and career pathing initiatives.
- Champions employer branding and employee value proposition efforts.
- Facilitates talent reviews and support high-potential employee development programs.
Regional Coordination:
- Functionally reports to the Regional Talent Lead, ensuring alignment with regional goals, frameworks, and talent strategies.
- Participates in regional talent activities and contribute to cross-country initiatives.
- Implements regional talent programs locally and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensures consistency in talent practices across markets while adapting to local needs.
Safety and Company Policy Management:
- Strictly implements Company’s Code of Conduct, Safety Policies and Safety Measures and mandated by EH&S and involvement on the generation of action plans to all Safety audit findings.
A Portrait of a Perfect Candidate:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Psychology, HR Management, Business Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and talent management roles, preferably from a manufacturing facility.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and talent development frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
