We are looking for Facilities Engineer who will oversee technicians and ensures proper maintenance of utilities equipment while performing plant maintenance activities as needed. The role will manage company resources efficiently to support production operations and delivers quality service to all departments to help ensure timely delivery of products and overall customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

Oversees end-to-end facilities operations, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all equipment and building systems. Manages daily operations by monitoring system performance, conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing energy‑efficiency initiatives. Leads preventive maintenance programs, supervises repairs, manages spare parts inventory, and handles CAPEX processes—from project requirements and bidding to execution and closure.

Provides strong team leadership by assigning daily tasks, conducting meetings, training technicians, and evaluating staff performance. Ensures full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and proper work‑permit processing while overseeing emergency response readiness.

Manages budgeting and resource allocation, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and service‑level monitoring. Maintains accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment data, costs, warranties, and performance reports. Supports long‑term planning by assessing facility needs, proposing system upgrades, and integrating sustainability practices. Responds promptly to operational emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure continuous plant operations.

A Portrait of a Perfect Candidate:

Educational Background: Graduate of Engineering or Technical–Vocational courses.

Communication Skills: Possesses fair working knowledge of English.

Character & Work Ethic: Demonstrates maturity of judgment, strong moral character, competence, responsibility, and a hardworking attitude.

Technical Skills:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge in electro‑pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical troubleshooting, and plumbing works.
Skilled in welding and fabrication.
Familiar with various hardware materials.
Computer‑literate; able to use basic software tools.
Knowledge in PLC is an advantage.

Leadership & Management:

Capable of managing people and overseeing work tasks effectively.
