Who is the perfect candidate ?

BS Engineering Graduate

More than 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing set-up

Proficient in project management

Strong in Managerial Courage, Problem Solving / StatIstical & Analytical tool

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint

Good English Communication skills both oral and written

This is a full time position on-site role for a Process Engineering Section Manager at Essilor Manufacturing Philippines Inc., located in Mariveles, Bataan. The Process Engineering Section Manager will be responsible to oversees the development and progress of projects, ensuring that the Process Engineers implement process standards and driving compliance to PCP and fundamentals of the process and collaborate with Production Managers and other Functional managers to support realization of  targets on Industrial Performance.
