Who is the perfect candidate ?

• BS Accountancy Graduate
• More than 5 years of experience in payroll & accounting process
• Advance in MS Office
• Good English Communication skills both oral and written
• Highly Analytical / Keen to details
• Collaborative with internal & external parties

Anything else you should know?

This is a full time position on-site role for a Payroll Officer at Essilor Manufacturing Philippines Inc., located in Mariveles, Bataan.

• Ensures employees are paid correctly and on time by managing payroll system, calculate wages, processing deductions and preparing reports while adhering to labor laws and regulations.
• Prepares & submits monthly government mandated benefits
• Prepares & submits journal entries & accruals for monthly payroll & benefits
• Maintains and analyzes some GL accounts schedules
• Submits copies of BIR 2316 Compensation Certificate and BIR Alphalist Summary
• Prepares summary of all other payables deducted from employees
• Knowleadgable in internal & external audits
• With basic knowledge in labor cost forecasting
