Lead and oversee all maintenance operations covering production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Develop and drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Manage maintenance projects, CAPEX planning, technical improvements, and contractor activities while ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.

Promote operational excellence through resource optimization, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

Champion energy and water conservation programs to support the company's sustainability goals.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and ISO requirements while fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.

Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team, including Facilities, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering (MEE), and Project Engineering personnel
