EssilorLuxottica is looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead core HR functions in Mariveles, Bataan plant. This role supports leadership in aligning HR strategies with business goals and driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational growth. The HR Manager will be reporting to the HRBP Philippine Operations.

 

Your Role:

  • Lead recruitment, training, and talent development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations, including union coordination and CBA administration.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, HRIS, and payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and EssilorLuxottica standards.
  • Act as liaison officer for external affairs, including government and legal stakeholders.
  • Partner with EHS to implement health & safety programs.
  • Deliver high-quality employee services (canteen, shuttle, clinic).
  • Lead labor cost planning and budget optimization.
  • Coach and develop HR team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years HR experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, C&B, recruitment, and HRIS.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • MBA or MS in HR Management preferred.
