Implement and maintain safety protocols to handle chemicals safely, minimizing risks to employees and the environment.

Provides Lean/CI Training to other departments’ staff and operators.

Updates Value Stream Maps as CI roadmaps

Identifies wastes/gaps / Prioritizes improvement actions to remove wastes

Conducts CI analyses focused on: removal of waste and productivity, throughput, EER and lead-time improvements. This being done rigorously by the use of LIFE/CI tools and methodologies (diagnoses, Kaizen, problem solving).

Lead the execution of CI/LIFE campaign (ex. LIFE Animation)

Uses strong influencing and communication skills to implement changes with the support of others.

Uses brainstorming techniques and involves others in the improvement process.
