Job Title: Assistant officer -Machine Maintenance

Location: Bhiwadi, India

Your Role

Responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Support production by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment reliability.

Main Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machines and utilities.
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, valves, pneumatic, hydraulic, and chiller systems.
Maintain equipment such as Power Press, CNC Machines, Swaging Machines, Soldering, Electro-Plating, and Paint Shop equipment.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Candidate Profile

Experience

4–8 years of experience in Industrial/Mechanical Maintenance.
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, chillers, pipelines, and industrial maintenance.
Experience in troubleshooting and machine repair.

Educational Qualification

ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
