Purpose of the role
Within the META Ops team, as Head of Operations for Turkey, as Head of Operations for Turkey, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the operational strategy of a key and fast-growing market. You will lead our end-to-end operations — From Supply chain, to Rx laboratories and final distribution to ECP — with a clear ambition: deliver best-in-class service, quality and efficiency, while enabling business growth and sustainable performance. At the heart of the organization, you act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring full alignment between commercial ambitions and operational execution
Main responsibilities
- lead the Operations organization to contribute to customer satisfaction by deliver appropriate service & quality, and also being accountable of cost and EHS efficiencies (or performances)

Ensure seamless execution from order intake to final delivery to customer
- Develop mid- to long-term industrial and distribution roadmaps
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
- Protect employees' health and safety, strenghten assets and equipments' security
- Apply and respect all Group policies and local regulations within all dimensions (HR, CSR, EHS, Finance, Quality, etc…)
- Manage the Supply Chain & Logistics in accordance with the ongoing processes within the group
- Manage new product and offers implementation as well as product offer rationalization
- Implement best practices in lean manufacturing, quality, and process excellence
- Provide solutions to cope to the different segments of the local markets targeted by the business leaders
- Build & Monitor budget and report performance via standard BSC
- Prioritize & drive projects or actions plan to ensure and improve the labs & distribution centers' industrial and economic performance
- Contribute to the customer satisfaction improvement & manage customer complaints / requests

Define and deploy a mid-term industrial and distribution roadmap to optimize operational footprint and service levels
- Drive KPIs : Service level / OTIF, Operational costs vs. budget, Productivity and efficiency metrics, Customer satisfaction, Health & Safety performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture. Ensure succession planning and talent development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Interface with regional and global stakeholders
Profile :
- Degree in Engineering and/or Supply Chain
- 8+ years of experience as plant manager, supply chain manager in multisite industry - international experience will be much appreciated
- Have acquired skills in the field of production, supply chain, quality, etc. during his career
- Knowledge of ophthalmology or medical device professions, markets, customers and segments.
- Laws and regulations, lean manufacturing, quality management, finance, supply chain and project management
