Your role
We are looking for a Technical Quality Transformation Expert, who will be responsible for coordinating technical and product quality projects, to improve excellence, based on data driver and trend analysis from the market. The role translates market quality drivers and technical field feedback into structured actions for R&D, Product Development, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Supply Chain teams. This position supports technical transformation initiatives, contributing to defect reduction, product robustness improvement, and the harmonization of global technical standards
Main responsibilities:
- Act as the technical reference for product quality within the assigned cluster
- Lead product quality improvement initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from field insight to engineering solution
- Perform root cause analysis and translate findings into actionable technical recommendations
- Analyze field and post-market data to identify quality drivers and failure patterns
- Contribute to technical specifications, standards, guidelines and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering teams, markets, industrial partners and global stakeholders
- Drive reduction of field defects, improvement of product robustness and field quality KPIs
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience in technical quality, product development or process engineering
- Strong knowledge of product design, materials and manufacturing processes
- Solid problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global environments
- Clear communication skills and a structured, improvement-driven mindset
