Your role 

We are looking for a Quality Engineer intern who will support the team in different activities. ​

Main responsibilities:

1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and production processes.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
3. Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to solve quality issues and optimize workflows.
4. Support the execution of process improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and meeting quality standards.
5. Prepare and update quality-related documentation in line with company procedures and industry regulations.

Main requirements:

1. Educational background in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Materials Engineering).
2. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and levels within the organization.
5. Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and using it to inform decisions.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
