Your role
We are looking for an HRIS Reporting & Organizational Management Specialist to ensure high‑quality HR data, accurate global reporting, and smooth management of HR systems and integrations across the EssilorLuxottica landscape. The role works with global HR, IT, and vendor teams to maintain reporting tools, support data governance, and drive system enhancements.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end governance of HR reporting tools and global dashboards.
- Oversee data integration processes between SAP HCM, DWH, BO/BI and related applications.
- Execute data quality checks, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Validate organizational structures, job architecture updates and global entity changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with HR, IT, vendors and local HR teams.
- Support UAT, testing cycles and production releases.
- Maintain and evolve global HR reports; reconcile discrepancies across SAP, DWH and dashboards.
- Manage OM data validations, anomaly resolution and refresh of org applications.
- Lead enhancement requests and coordinate communication on changes and system impacts.
- Support access governance, roles and security checks in collaboration with IT Security.
Main requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Management, HR Information Systems, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Reporting or HR data governance roles within large international companies is preferred.
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM (PA/OM): infotypes, job architecture, organizational structures and Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Advanced knowledge of BusinessObjects (BO/BI) and solid understanding of DWH structures and HR data models.
- Proven experience in data quality, audit processes and system reconciliation.
- Knowledge of SAP–DWH mapping, job level logic, employee groups and contract types.
- Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors and HR digital tools.
- Proactive, accountable, able to handle pressure and multiple priorities and to manage complex cross-functional discussions.
- Strong teamwork across HR and technical functions.
