Your role 

The Direct-to-Consumer Wearable Planner is part of the Direct-to-Consumer Supply Chain organization, within the Store Planning team, and is responsible for the wearable product category.
The main objective of this role is to maximize service levels for wearable products across our stores while minimizing obsolescence risks related to excess inventory.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the right demand and supply balance within our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel.

Main responsibilities:

•    Help develop sales plans at store/banner/UPC level for all wearable products to define accurate demand signals at each store location
•    Actively contribute to the demand planning process for the wearable category by providing insights and influencing demand assumptions
•    Define optimal inventory strategies and determine the appropriate stock levels per UPC/store to achieve service level targets.
•    Collaborate with market planners to analyze wearable sales performance and adjust plans as needed.
•    Define and regularly review replenishment strategies to ensure the most effective replenishment approach for each program/banner
•    Provide clear visibility on demand vs. supply for wearable products, including forward-looking analyses to guide service level forecasts.
•    Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure proper preparation for product launches and to optimize shipment planning

 

Main requirements:

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•    2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain management.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
•    Experience using ERP and planning tools.
•    Proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach.
•    Ability to work cross-functionally in an international context.
•    Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
