Your role
We are looking for a Capacity Planner Intern who will support the team for the capacity planning activities for metal/injected/acetate technology (finished product and components) for the italian plants. The intern will analyze the load of capacity resources (both capital and labour) and carry out actions in synergy with factories, MPS and procurement to guarantee the service level.
Main responsibilities:

Dealing and coordination on critical resources and capacity issues on technologies (metal/injected/acetate);

KPI Analysis (Resource Load, Backlog, Inventory Level, Service Level, BO, Safety stock level) to rearrange and improve planning processes and internal flows;

Coordinate with Plant Managers to monitor and improve planning activities;

Reports elaboration to support business.
Main Requirements:
- You are a team player
- You are an excellent performer with a proven excellence in academic life.
- You have a Master’s Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or other STEM academic disciplines.
- You have a passion for the product world and you would like to challenge yourself in a high-complexity Manufacturing Plant
- You are a great communicator and mediator
- You are fluent in English and Italian
