Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung eines definierten Bereiches an Fachund
    Führungskräften
  • Personalgewinnung, einschließlich Zusammenarbeit mit externen
    Dienstleistern
  • Vorbereitung, Abs#mmung und Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung der Zeiterfassung
  • Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Administra#on und Datenerfassung

 

Ihr Profil:

 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung zur/m Personalkauffrau /mann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifika#on
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute SAP Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
