Ihre Aufgaben:

· Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden

· Vorausschauendes Planen und Handeln, damit die für die anfallenden Aufgaben benötigten personellen Ressourcen vorhanden und entsprechend qualifiziert sowie gemäß Ihrer Qualifikation optimal eingesetzt sind

· Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Mitarbeiterbeurteilungen, sowie die individuelle Entwicklung fördern

· Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen, sowie Standardisierung der Montage nach Lean-Prinzipien

Ihr Profil:

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf sowie eine langjährige Berufserfahrung

· SAP Erfahrung wünschenswert

· Führungserfahrung und Kenntnisse über Abläufe in einem Industrieunternehmen von Vorteil

· Selbstständige, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Engagement, Hands-on-Mentalität und Flexibilität in Bezug auf die Aufgaben
