Key Responsibilities
1. Trade Marketing Execution
- Lead the day-to-day execution of trade marketing initiatives aligned with brand commercial objectives.
- Coordinate the implementation of in-store visibility tools, merchandising toolkits, and promotional assets across channels.
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and renewal of brand fixtures and displays in key retail touchpoints such as Duty-Free Shops (DFS) and Department Stores (DEPT).
2. Product Operations Management
- Monitor and manage product assortments across different sales channels to maximize consumer engagement and ensure product productivity.
- Analyze product performance on a regular basis and collaborate with commercial teams to identify assortment gaps or opportunities for optimization.
3. Budget Control & Procurement Compliance
- Oversee the operational management of both Opex and Capex related to trade and product initiatives.
- Prepare, submit, and track interim approval documents in accordance with internal Trade Marketing protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, including vendor coordination, quotation procedures, and purchase order compliance.
4. Brand-building Activation Support
- Collaborate with the regional Brand Business team to localize and execute global marketing assets.
- Provide hands-on support for brand-related activations in local markets, ensuring smooth implementation and consistent brand presentation.
- Ensure that all execution is fully aligned with global brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand equity across channels.
5. Others
- Support the growth and development of junior team members by providing clear direction and hands-on guidance in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in wholesale or travel retail business in a multinational company
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- In-depth knowledge of the Korean market
- Strong skills in leadership, analysis, planning, and organization
Preferred Experience
- Industry background in Fashion, FMCG, Sports, or Travel Retail
- Experience working with athletes, influencers, or celebrities
- In-depth knowledge of the Korean market
