- Manage supply and commercial escalations, ensuring rapid containment, structured root-cause resolution and appropriate stakeholder communication.
- Prepare and present sourcing recommendations, negotiation outcomes, project status and supplier strategies to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate purchasing data and contractual/commercial information in company systems and ensure compliance with internal sourcing procedures.
- Monitor relevant commodity markets, supplier financial health, capacity constraints and geopolitical/supply risks, proposing proactive mitigation actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, reporting and supplier-management practices.
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management or a similar role within a manufacturing / industrial environment.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation, commercial management and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Strong project-management mindset, with the ability to lead multiple sourcing and supplier-development projects in parallel.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations.
