Customer Support
CIS specialist tasks
- receiving and processing orders of goods, apparel, frames and lenses
- issuing invoices, documents
- communication with customers, phone, email, sales events (B2B)
- managing warranties
- managing shipments
- receiving complaints regarding quantities or conditions in accordance with the issued invoices
- managing goods returns
- closely cooperates with other departments of the company
- creates and analyses relevant reports based on superior specifications
- other tasks as necessary at the superior's request.
The candidate must also have:
- excellent knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
- experience/knowledge with ophthalmic lenses and optical equipment
- computer skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet and Outlook); knowledge of SAP an advantage
- a friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work related tasks;
- working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement);
- strong organizational and time management skills
- good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- an eye for detail and neatness
