岗位职责：

- 制定区域专业推广策略和培训计划

- 执行区域培训计划

- 开发和完善近视管理的线上/线下培训课程

- 随访所在区域的疑难病例,并定期总结和分享

- 评估培训效果并制定相关计划

- 追踪及管理区域临床观察项目结果

任职要求：

- 3年以上专业培训，眼科及视光工作相关经验者优先

- 眼科或视光相关专业本科以上

- 沟通及组织能力强，能接受高频出差

- 熟练使用办公软件，良好的英文书写及沟通
