JOB SCOPE

As an Instrument Manager Sweden you are responsible for the Instrument category in Sweden. You will lead and profitable growth within the Instrument business, all channels and market in line with the division’s strategy, budget and forecast for Sweden.

You will be the main business partner for the local head of wholesale and other stakeholders cross category. You will have oversight of business and ensure roll out plans and strategies are carried out to maximize team and customer performance within the Instruments category.

Actively participate and contribute to the North Europe Instruments structure and teams.

High collaboration with a variety of stakeholders will be expected and hence strong communication and networking skills are essential.

 

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead and develop Instrument sales, service and support
  • Responsible for budget and forecast, creation and execution.
  • Be a team leader, change and develop our Instrument team and organization according to group and region strategy and needs.
  • Being able to analyze, interpret and effectively communicate the meaning of data and assumptions used to predict sales and business outcomes.
  • Plan and execute customer meetings and expectations.
  • Develop and drive new business opportunities in the market place in-line with the group and region strategy.
  • Plan and drive the ambitions in Eye HealthCare, clinical and cross category.
  • Driver for implementation of new systems and workflows.
  • Attend and or host customer events and symposiums according to region strategy
  • Constant process review and improvement to identify better ways to build synergies, foster communication and work efficiently Instrument specific but with cross category mindset.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

  • Sales and commercial experience preferable in the Eye Healthcare industry
  • Experience with people management
  • A technical, problem solving and commercial mindset
  • Team player with positive extrovert leader behavior
  • Strong time and structure management with organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial with good sharing and delegation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Manage to execute and tackle difficult decisions and directions if/when needed.
