YOUR ROLE
The role of a Marketing Intern is to support the Regional Marketing Department in various activities to promote our company's brands and products while learning on-the-job.
The marketing intern will report to Business Brand Manager Luxury & Premium Portfolio (Southeast Asia & South Korea) and will be expected to work closely with other team members across different functions (Commercial, Business Planning, Trade Marketing, PR, Training) on the regional & local markets levels to accomplish tasks.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor & evaluate Brand Portfolio business performance across brands, categories, channels of trade and markets working with regular dashboards, system data and collaborating with local Commercial teams to gather sales feedback; assist with brand performance reporting.
- Monitor & evaluate product performance by markets creating bestsellers lists and gathering product feedback.
- Assist with cascading product and collection releases & seasonal brand campaigns knowledge, work closely with assortment participating in special product forecasting (in collaboration with Commercial teams).
- Analyze distribution performance, assist with new distribution control for Luxury brands.
- Monitor proper implementation of all planned Trade Marketing, PR & Training activities in accordance with local calendars & global brand guidelines.
- Assist markets in preparation for local Buying Days (Sales Events) owning brand presentation part.
- Gather feedback and sentiments from markets while staying up to date with industry trends and local markets dynamics to support relevant Portfolio strategy development.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as tracking of marketing budgets, deadlines, etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently studying with Marketing (major of studies)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and/or basic graphic design skills a plus
- Interest in fashion & Luxury sensitivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, carefulness, and a focus on attention to detail
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Able to commit for 6months full time internship in Singapore with valid visa, from Jul - Dec 2025.
