Main responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping related documents, issue Proforma Invoice/ Commercial Invoice/ Packing List/ COO/Supplier's Letter of Instruction/ Credit Notes/ Debit Notes etc. 
• Arrange Shipments.
• Create Trade Agreement in the system.
• Arrange samples goods to customers/ suppliers. 
• Shipping documents filing
• Monthly mailing of original invoices, statement accounts, etc. 
• Communicate with customers/ suppliers/ forwarders via phone and email to solve any issues. 
• Connect our shipping documents to customers/ factories/ freight forwarder to arrange shipments. 
• Follow up for shipments update AWB/BL/CO, export permit etc.
• Check draft CO/AWB/BL etc. 
• Work with various parties to meet customer's needs.
• Data entries in various platform (D365, courier online platforms)
• Other duties as required and directed. 

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 2yrs experience with basic Shipping Knowledge of Export documentations. 
• Knowledge with Microsfot Office including Excel, Word, Outlook. 
• Good communication skills, able to communicate in English and Mandarin is nice to have for the purpose with relevant stakeholders in the region. 
• Can work indepedently with minimum supervision, responsible and committed. 
• Able to work late when required especially during month end closing. 
• Eyes on details
