We are seeking a proactive hands-on Support Liaison Officer at our Essilor Technology Centre based at Silverwater.

The role will be supporting operations of the Fitting department and previous experience in the Optical Industry is advantageous however not essential as training can be given.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding and progressive company and learn about the Optics industry from the ground up.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support our internal operations and customer service teams
  • Support the day-to-day operations within the fitting team
  • Liaise with stakeholders to assist and support with the planning and delivery of orders to customers
  • Data entry and monitoring of our Service Desk system

 

Our Preferred Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with Production environments
  • Strong computer literacy, including navigating ordering systems, Excel and tools
  • Good interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder engagement coupled with the ability to work autonomously
  • Capability and willingness to learn new information
  • Previous experience in the Optical Industry will be advantageous and highly regarded
