Process Monitoring & Data Management
•    Monitor system performance and operational flows, identifying and reporting potential issues or inefficiencies.
•    Maintain master data consistency (SKU, storage locations, parameters) and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
•    Analyze process data and KPIs using Excel and reporting tools to support decision-making and improvement actions.
Continuous Improvement & Training
•    Support the implementation of new digital tools, automation interfaces, and process optimizations.
•    Participate in improvement projects focused on system efficiency and user experience.
•    Provide training and guidance to operational users on correct system procedures and best practices.

Main Requirements:

•    Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, IT Management, or a related technical field

•    Familiarity with automation systems (AMR, ACR, conveyors, end-of-line) is a plus.
•    Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-driven.
•    Strong communication skills and team-working attitude.
•    Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work in different shifts, including night shifts.
