Your role
We are looking for a Transport Analyst who will support the coordination and monitoring of transport flows for various business units within the company. You will collaborate with internal departments and external logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
Main responsibilities
• Coordinate and update shipment schedules with transport providers (UPS, DHL, GLS, SDA, etc.)
• Provide and verify weekly EMEA Transportation Service Levels. Build and develop new KPIs.
• Communicate delays, disruptions, or transport-related incidents to all stakeholders.
• Request and analyze transport quotations for internal client.
• Handle disputes related to damaged, lost, or delayed goods, including claim management.
• Monitor parcel inventories at carriers and coordinate with internal departments.
• Organize specific shipments or returns, including customs-sensitive or R&D items.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations (IATA, ADR, IMG) and company purchasing policies.
• Organize and lead weekly transport meetings with carriers and internal clients.
• Maintain and share contact lists and documentation related to transport operations.
• Act as backup to the Transport Manager during absences, managing issues and updating procedures.
Main requirements:
• Degree / Master in Engineering, logistics, transport, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Good understanding of cost analysis and planning tools.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage stress and solve problems proactively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and general Office Suite
