Main Responsibilities
- Identify and implement transportation projects to improve service performance and cost efficiency across EMEA.
- Leverage data analytics and Lean methodologies to uncover opportunities and optimize logistics processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Procurement.
- Ensure effective project planning, execution, and performance tracking, aligned with business priorities.
- Drive synergies across channels (Retail, eCommerce, Wholesale) to enhance network efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and execution.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the EMEA Logistics organization.
- Support in EMEA Galileo Project: develop and monitor a monthly Group-wide logistics dashboard consolidating shipment volumes and flows across all product categories and group entities, enabling shipping efficiency analysis and improved interpretation of logistics costs.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics (Master’s preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel expert level); SAP and Business Objects are a plus.
- Proficient in English and Italian languages
