Main Responsibilities

• support in the management of our national and international Reverse Flows, with focus on the Wearable Product Category  
• support in the logistics areas with reporting data management and analysis
• introduce and implement potential solutions within the reverse network
• support in the definition of new Reverse Flows in the EMEA network
• Constant touchbases with international logistic partners for the analysis of the Reverse Flow
• build and develop new KPIs for the purpose of monitoring the Reverse Flow
• provide ideas and follow projects for activities and process improvements to correctly manage new Reverse Flows and Tools
• integration between Luxottica and Essilor's Logistics modalities
• Organization of Return shipments from Customers and Group’s facilities
• Support in the monitoring of the correct handling of Reverse shipments by international logistic partners, with particular focus on Wearables

Main Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation, or a related field of study
• Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel - SAP
• Proficient in English and Italian languages
