As a member of our logistics customer service team, you will be responsible for second level customer service team both for retail and boutique channels. This position requires leadership skills, excellent communication skills being the contact point for internal and external team members, an analytical mindset and the ability to multitask effectively. The main focus of the role is to both manage a team of 4 people and  support the EMEA business planning and CIC operations customer service teams by providing assistance with accurate and timely information regarding shipments and orders status and any other logistics-related queries, analyzing data and running projects by creating a support and an interface between the logistics departments and the business bpo’s.


Here some responsibilities:

  • Setting clear goals according to the company kpi’s and to the company values, motivating team members and delegate
  • Follow-up logistics requests and issues, new initiatives with related business partners
  • Monitoring the logistics service level at agreed standards
  • Filling and maintaining logistics settings and parameters (warehouse + transport) aligned to specific business requirements
  • Maintaining a proper relationship with the specific business partners and all related internal and external stakeholders




  • Educational Background in Economics/ Foreign languages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software packages
