Your Role

As an intern in our Logistics Customer Service team, you will support the senior team members in daily logistics activities and customer service operations. This internship is an opportunity to acquire practical experience in an international logistics environment, developing analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

You will assist the EMEA subsidiaries by providing support on shipment-related information, contributing to the analysis of logistics data, and collaborating with both internal departments and external business partners.

Main Responsibilities

Support the team in the follow-up of logistics requests, issues, and new initiatives involving business partners.

Contribute to monitoring and maintaining Logistics Service Levels across the relevant business channels.

Assist with the updating and maintenance of logistics settings tables (warehouse + transportation), ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Help maintain effective communication with business partners and relevant internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare basic reports and documentation for internal use.

Main Requirements

Educational background in Economics, Foreign Languages, Logistics, or similar fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel in particular).

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Languages: Italian and English mandatory; French is a plus.
