Your Role

As part of the Group’s official commitment to a low‑carbon trajectory following the signing of the SBTi agreements — encompassing both direct and indirect emissions — the reduction of transport‑related CO₂ emissions has become one of our highest strategic priorities. This ambition is fully embedded in our Operations roadmap and aligned with our 2030 near‑term targets.

We are currently seeking a motivated and forward‑thinking professional to join our international logistics department, which operates transversally across all continental organizations. You will be part of the dedicated team driving the Group’s decarbonization program for goods transportation, covering all categories of merchandise. The mission of this department includes, among other responsibilities, measuring and reducing the carbon footprint of all international and domestic shipments between the Group’s various entities, as well as shipments from our entities to our customers (Professional Solutions, Direct to Customers, on-line).

Main Responsibilities

  • Collection of 2026 and H1 2027 transport data of our goods from all Logistics/Supply Chain entities: our factories, warehouses, and finishing labs, in order to establish the 2026 Logistics CO₂ Emissions Report.
  • Integration of 2026 transport data into our CO₂ calculation platform, in coordination with our external Italian consultant.
  • Participation in the preparation of the 2026 Logistics CO₂ Report with our external Italian consultant, including variance analysis and year‑over‑year changes, as well as deviations and progress vs. the Roadmap and SBTi trajectory.
  • Participation in the presentation of the 2026 Logistics CO₂ Report for validation by an external audit firm, prior to its publication in the Group’s annual registration document in Q1 2027.
  • Participation in the air‑transport decarbonization project established 3 years ago by the Group, involving all our carriers across all international air lanes (we are genuinely pioneering with our carriers on the topic of carbon intensity in air transport).
  • Collection and monitoring of monthly reports from our carriers regarding emission factors. Analysis of deviations versus the objectives validated during the 2026 tenders.
  • Participation in the 2027 annual tender with the transport sourcing team, carriers, and logistics teams. Presentation of carrier’s 2026 performance results and proposal of 2027 objectives to our transport partners.

Main Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience or familiarity with SAP and logistics-related data systems.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with high attention to detail — enabling both a quick understanding of the mission and efficient navigation through numerical datasets.
  • Highly results‑oriented, strong curiosity, positive mindset, Interest and knowledge in logistics and a passion for sustainability.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • High level of commitment, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and an independent, proactive working style, with willingness to propose ideas.
