Your role
We are looking for an International Network Coordinator who will take the responsibility of all concerns the international logistics network for replenishment flows of frames and marketing material.
Main responsibilities:
• Analyze EssilorLuxottica’s logistics flows to monitor multiple trade lanes across a multi-channel environment, using standardized performance metrics.
• Perform KPI result analysis to proactively support troubleshooting activities and enhance the decision-making process for network optimization and synergies.
• Define performance targets covering both transportation and inbound/outbound processes.
• Coordinate a cross-functional team working on the monitoring of international shipments, ensuring visibility, timely issues resolution, and alignment with service level expectations.
• Supervise the daily tracking and exception management of critical flows, collaborating with warehouse at origin, carriers, and warehouses at destination to guarantee smooth operations.
• Actively contribute to strategic International Network Projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability.
• Continuously strengthen the Global Logistics Transportation community by fostering collaboration, best practice sharing, and cross-regional alignment.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of monitoring tools and dashboards to enhance flow visibility and operational control.
• Ensure alignment between global and regional teams on shipment monitoring protocols and escalation processes.
• Responsible for leading and managing a team of 2 people
Main requirements:
• Education: degree in Economics or Management Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Technical Skills: Ability to use electronic sheets (excel, business objects, ...) and make what if analysis
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Language: Fluency in English
• Ability to create effective network with internal and external parties/stakeholders
• Ability to seek and collect numbers from various sources and work them out in multiple views for different purposes
• Ability to critical examination of results
• Attitude to deliver clear and straight messages related to output of her job across the organization to look for cooperation and support in finding solutions
