Your role
The Frames & Wearable System Coordinator acts as the key operational and managerial reference for all systems, digital tools, and process flows related to frames and wearable products. The role ensures system accuracy, operational continuity, and cross-functional alignment across shifts while leading and guiding teams through daily challenges and long-term improvements.
With a strong focus on leadership, coordination, and decision-making, this role connects operations, engineering, and digital system functions, ensuring that business objectives are met through reliable processes and empowered teams. Flexibility and readiness to support multi-shift operations—when needed—are essential to guarantee consistent supervision and stakeholder support.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Leadership & Team Coordination
- Supervise warehousing activities, ensuring smooth execution of inbound, picking, and outbound activities.
- Serve as first-level support for WMS and related logistics systems, ensuring proper usage and data accuracy during daily operations.
- Coordinate shift‑to‑shift information flow, ensuring alignment on priorities, issues, and performance.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process Monitoring & Data Management
- Oversee system performance and process KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or data inconsistencies.
- Maintain master data consistency (SKU, storage locations, parameters) and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
- Analyze process data and KPIs using Excel and reporting tools to support decision-making and improvement actions.
Continuous Improvement & Training
- Lead or support improvement projects related to digital tools, automation interfaces, and process optimization for frames and wearables.
- Facilitate change management activities, ensuring users understand new procedures, systems, and best practices..
- Mentor team members, strengthening technical capabilities, analytical skills, and problem-solving autonomy.
- Act as a connector between operations and technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and aligned priorities.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, IT Management, or a related technical field
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics systems, or WMS key user roles.
- Previous experience in structured or automated logistics environments is a plus.
- Good command of WMS and RF systems.
- Solid proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reports, performance tracking).
- Familiarity with automation systems (AMR, ACR, conveyors, end-of-line) is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills: team coordination, communication, coaching, and structured problem-solving.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution‑driven mindset.
- Flexibility and readiness to support operations across multiple shifts when needed.
- Strong communication skills and team-working attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work in different shifts, including night shifts.
LANGUAGES:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
