Your role

We are looking for a BBS intern who will support the the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team in different activities. ​

Main responsibilities:

1. Analyze and manage BBS data in the system
2. Support the main actors of the BBS process in the implementation of operational activities (observation, feedback and management of the meeting)
3. Plan and facilitate the rotation of people in the various operational roles of the organization (observers, leaders and/or site BBS reference)
4. Participate in periodic alignment meetings on activities and animate the discussion
5. Risks evaluation within EssilorLuxottica production plants
6. Management of technical training about EHS
7. BBS & EHS reporting

Main requirements:

1.  You have achieved/are going to achieve a Degree in Sociology (or similar ones), Environment and Workplace Prevention Techniques (or similar ones), Environmental Engineering.
2. You have good Interpersonal Skills
3. You love to solve problems thinking out of the box
4. You like the idea to work in an Operation Plant
