• Supporting to apply PSM management system to plant
• To implement a chemical/substance approval program and hazard communication and chemical label
• To manage and advise on safe handling of hazardous substances to other departments
• Establish, maintain and ensure a flammable liquid, toxic and hazardous substance comply with Legal, EHS global standard, FM global and local regulatory requirement
• Can be applied engineering control measure to eliminate or reduce the substances that are potentially harm to people and the environment in the workplace.
• Conduct hazardous substance training program about safe operation, dispensing, handling, first aid and emergency response etc.
• Annually emergency response drills
• Develop and maintain his/her EHS programs to prevent occupational accident and illness
• Ensure Incident’s Lesson Learn from other plants has been proper apply to his/her programs or his/her contractors
• Coordinate investigate occupational accidents ensure root causes and corrective actions are implemented to prevent re-occurred incidents
• Support implement and maintain EHS management system based on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Support EHS internal audit program as internal auditor
• To comply and evaluate the EHS legal, legislation, and local regulatory requirements.
• Support to implement ESSILOR LUXOTTICA EHS requirement, Global EHS Policy and other related requirements
• Support to apply ECP (Energy control procedure) in each workshop
• To maintain and Implement the LOTOTO system and develop an evaluation program
• Provision and development risk factor for medical health check-up program (pre-work, annually) to comply with local regulatory requirements and continuously update with new start-up processes To participate and follow up on medical advice for abnormal cases from the health checkup program related to occupational health
• Identifies industrial hygiene risks and advises area owners on safety control measures.
• Planning and conducting environmental workplace measurements such as heat, light, chemical, and noise
• Occupational Health promotion and statistics on service in the first aid room data analysis room.
• To maintain AED equipment inspection
• Conduct routine workshop tour and SOR record
• Coordinate and execute the operation area or shop floor for safety observation report by individual or with area supervisor
• To advice the area supervisor to improve the workplace to comply with the local requirement or higher standard
• Supporting for EHS orientation for newcomer, visitor and contractor
• PPE standardization, PPE card and control to wearing with area manager
• Undertake other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by superior from time to time.
• PIT (powered industrial truck) management program
• Send reports and related documents to government departments.

Must have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational health and Safety or equivalent. And Qualified as Safety Officer at Professional level
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Specialist undertaking in hazardous substances license (Borchor)
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Skills in training provider
• Excellent communication skills with the ability with interact effectively at all levels of the organization
• Internal Auditor ISO 14001 & OHSAS18001/ISO45001
• The knowledge of global standard of hazardous substance, PSM and FM global requirement
• Emergency response in hazardous substance spill/leakage practice & drills
• Data collection and statistical analysis
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
