My day at EssilorLuxottica

• Organize and conduct contractor safety induction training  and inspection work equipment to ensure its safely to use
• Develop and implement a Permit to Work (PTW) system for activities such as hot work, work at height, and confined space entry
• To manage and maintain the contractor safety program to ensure that contractors and contractor owners effectively control hazardous work activities
• Support to implement and maintain EHS management system based on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Support EHS internal audit program as internal auditor
• To comply and evaluate the EHS legal, legislation, and local regulatory requirements as assigned.
• Support to implement ESSILOR LUXOTTICA EHS requirement, Global EHS Policy and other related requirements
• Supporting to implement LOTOTO to site
• To control the contractor to implement LOTOTO program
• Monitoring and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure fire alarm system, fire protection system, fire suppression system are ready to use and performed PM activities as their planed.
• Organize the emergency response topics and collaborate with ERT to provide necessary training and perform regularly exercise in any emergency scenario
• Maintain % of trained employees on “Basic Firefighting” to comply with local regulatory requirements
• Developing specific emergency response plans, including but not limited to those for natural gas, hydrogen gas, and nitrogen gas, to ensure preparedness and safety in the event of an incident
• Perform routine workshop Tour
• Coordinate and execute the operation area or shop floor safety inspection by individual or with area supervisor
• Support  to implement PITs(Forklift truck, motorized& manual hand lift etc) safety management program
• Support to implement lifting (Stationary crane and hoist ) safety program
• Support to Implement PSM program
• Undertake other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as assigned by superior from time to time.

Must have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational health and Safety or equivalent. And Qualified as Safety Officer at Professional level
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Skills in PTW control process and onsite safety inspection (advantage ) for skills or experience with certificate to present
• Skills in training provider
• Fire prevention and protection system and emergency response plan
• Internal Auditor ISO 14001 & OHSAS18001/ISO45001
• Skills in High risk activities risk assessment and control measure evaluation (Lifting work, hot work, confined space, pressure test, etc.)
• Contractor Management Control System: Certified training program with a specialization in hazardous work control
• Emergency response plan, practice & drills
• Excellence communication skill and well coordinate with all worker level
• Fluent in English
