Your role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Manager to lead and optimize transportation operations across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This role is responsible for developing and executing transportation strategies, managing carrier relationships, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and driving continuous improvement in service and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning transportation operations with broader Logistics goals in a fast-paced, international environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Monitors carriers performance and service levels for all product categories distributed locally, reporting any deviation to agreed SLAs in terms of promised lead; works closely on deep-dives and corrective action plans in case of under-performances.
- Tracks and reports service and quality performances and claims.
- Act as a single point interface for both internal and external customers, developing and improving transportation methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness, continue to meet the delivery requirements of the customer.
- Owns the local transportation cost budget. Performs cost analysis on transportation expenses and recommending modifications to meet industry “best practice”, in cooperation with logistics sourcing department.
Main requirements:
- Master degree in Engineering/Economics
- Min 5-6 years of experience in transportation management / in organized logistics sector
- Proved knowledge of Transportation and Logistics industry
- Analytical, facts and figures decision based
- Ideally candidate should come from company with large omnichannel (WHOLESALE, RETAIL, ECOM) business distribution
- Fluent in English; Polish
- Proficient using MS Office
- Available for Business trips
- Experience of stakeholder management in a complex global environment

- Good communicator across all levels both towards internal stakeholder and external Suppliers
