Your role
We are looking for a skilled Trade Analyst to support our growing hardware division in import/export operations.
Main responsibilities:
1. Support import and export transactions for electronic products across EMEA
2. Preparing and reviewing shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, Dangerous Goods Declarations, Master Data Sheet
3. Liaise with internal and external Logistics, Fulfillment, Trade and Customs partners across key European countries ensuring timely and accurate customs clearances and export declarations
4. Maintain and update Trade data to support Trade, Dangerous Goods and Sustainability audit trails for Forced Labor, CBAM, WEEE, BATTERIES, PACKAGING WASTE, REACH and other European Customs sustainability directives
Main requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience in tactical trade operations, preferably in the electronics and high tech sector
2. Knowledge of EMEA customs import/export procedures and documentation requirements
including IATA/IMDG/ADR declarations, HS Classification, Country of Origin documentation, and ECCNs.
3. Strong attention to detail, accuracy with robust data handling and reporting skills.
4. Multi-lingua ability (English + another EU language preferred)
