JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head of Frames & Eyewear Marketing will lead the development and execution of the frames marketing strategy for the CEE& Greece Europe region (including Pol&Bal, SEE, Greece, Cz&Sk) in alignment with global brand and business guidelines. Acting as a critical bridge between central marketing teams and local commercial/trade teams, this role ensures that brand equity, product positioning, and market needs are effectively translated into business-driving actions.
This person will define strategic priorities across the brand portfolio, ensure effective local implementation of global plans, and drive execution excellence across touchpoints – from product/customer segmentation to training, trade marketing, activations, media, digital, PR and events.
This role is vital to shaping the direction of the frames category in a strategic region and requires a commercially aware, collaborative leader with a strong grasp of marketing, brand management, and regional market dynamics.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
MARKETING – 50%
- Own the brand strategy for Frames brands in the region, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and tailoring execution to local market needs. A specific focus on Elite & Prestige.
- Act as the main liaison between global marketing and regional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital, Media,Training).
- Coordinate and communicate global brand plans to ensure integrated execution across all platforms and functions.
- Support trade marketing in developing and executing permanent and seasonal brand tools.
- Align and monitor campaign execution, ensuring consistency and quality across physical and digital touchpoints. Guide the all N1/N2 collections process.
- Ensure brand storytelling and DNA is embedded in all marketing and training materials, fostering emotional connection with customers and clients.
- Mentor the clusters/countries by following up and driving the strategy in the local markets.
PRODUCT – 20%
- Drive product segmentation strategies across regional channels and key accounts.
- Build and present regional assortment and distribution recommendations based on product performance and market needs.
- Ensure full salesforce understanding of product segmentations and new collection positioning.
- Collect and consolidate market and customer feedback to inform global product and brand teams.
-Define the strategy for all product presentations to our main customers. Present new collections to internal stakeholders and support client-facing presentations.
BUSINESS – 30%
- Analyze brand and product performance across key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, brand health).
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support revenue and distribution growth through marketing levers.
- Provide strategic input into business reviews and planning cycles.
- Drive business insights into actionable plans that support brand growth in each sub-region.

- Global & Regional Brand Marketing: Align global strategy with local execution.

- Key Clients / Accounts: Present brand strategy and collections.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or sales (preferably in fashion, beauty, eyewear, or FMCG.)
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- High affinity for lifestyle and fashion brands.
- Capable of navigating matrix organizations and driving collaboration across functions.
- Creative and data-driven, with the ability to innovate within structured brand frameworks.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Multicultural affinity.
