Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
-
Build and lead the business planning function across CEE, covering 15 countries and 20 entities.

Consolidate and analyze regional data to identify trends, performance variations, and strategic priorities.

Act as the strategic partner to the Regional Director, contributing to the midterm roadmap (H1 2026).
2. Operational Excellence

Develop and implement dashboards and reporting tools within the first 6 months.

Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing, finance, and commercial teams.

Track execution of priorities and ensure accountability across the region.
3. Team & Resource Management

Coordinate with ~10 business analysts across countries (dotted-line) and manage ~2 direct reports.

Map internal resources and foster collaboration across silos.

Promote a culture of agility, ownership, and collective spirit.
4. Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a connector across functions and geographies, ensuring strong communication and influence.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
Key Criteria and Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
7+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, or consulting
-
Proven success in complex, multi-country environments
-
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Open-minded, optimistic, and resilient in the face of resistance

Hands-on, agile, and collaborative leadership style

Fluent in English; other CEE languages are a plus
