Your role:
As HR Business Partner, you will play an essential role in supporting the business in human resources and employee relations activities, by building strong relationships and professional credibility across the business together with the Nordics HR Business Partner. The scope is regional across Nordic countries and covers Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
As part of this role, you will be expected to travel to Kongsberg on a weekly basis to meet with colleagues at our other location.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR advice, support and guidance to managers and colleagues in all matters of employee relations, including disciplinary, advice, grievance, performance management, change management, organisational changes including labour law requirements, capability and absence management, including liaison with HRBP and legal advisors for complex cases.
- Advise and support all employees on HR policies and procedures, inclusive of; absence / attendance management, maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, probationary periods, remuneration and benefits etc. including liaison with legal advisors for complex cases.
- Prepare and update onboarding materials for managers and employees, hold HR onboarding sessions.
- Monitor, review and update all HR policies and ensure these are in line with the current legislation.
- Support in an administrative capacity across the full employee lifecycle end to end, as needed in line with internal processes (including liaising with HRSSC team).
- Manage personnel data with confidentiality and ensuring any changes have been reflected in the people management systems (SAP), including new starters, amendments and terminations by sharing the information timely and correctly with HRSSC.
- Managing the employee insurances, including liaising with external brokers.
- Managing the company car fleet including organising hire cars, ensuring insurances are updated, ad hoc enquires in relation to car maintenance from employees.
- Oversee all end-to-end recruitment.
- Oversee long-term sickness cases and rehabilitation processes, including preparation of rehabilitation and follow-up plans with managers, including liaison with HRBP and legal advisors for complex cases.
Main requirements:
- Relevant education
- 2-5 years experience within HR area
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
- Qualities: integrity, engagement, flexibility and autonomy.
