Commencing early 2025 this is a full-time position that will support the execution of the marketing and promotional calendar across both Sunglass Hut, Oakley and Ray-Ban Retail within ANZ. Reporting to our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for governing the relationship with our concession partners to ensure campaign execution, roll-out and post-campaign analysis. Managing the Sunglass Hut and Oakley social media channels, including influencers in partnership with PR.
Requirements for Success

Responsible for coordinating tactical activity to drive the department store business, manage the brand perception and promotional plan.

Coordinate the relationship with the local and global e-Commerce team to ensure a 360 aligned approach online, digital and in store.

Responsible for all department store special events and working with the PR team to maximize opportunities within the network.

Develop proposals and execute brand partnerships with like-minded brands aligning to our business strategy in partnership with the Retail Marketing Manager.

Develop the content calendar for Sunglass Hut ANZ and Oakley ANZ in partnership with global social media teams, partnering cross functionally to deliver influencer content across all consumer touchpoints.
- Work with our media agency to brief, implement, and execute an ‘always on’ approach for social media by running the content calendar.
- Management of reporting and communications to store to support marketing activity.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Marketing/Communications or Business
- 3+ years’ experience within a Marketing or similar role

Previous responsibility managing budgets and accountability for results

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability working & communicating with stakeholders at different levels

Demonstrated experience planning and implementing social media calendars

Prior experience working with Media Agencies in briefing, implementing & executing favourable
