We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to bridge the gap between our HR function and support office business units. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our executive team and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational success and fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce.

As a trusted advisor, you will ensure HR initiatives directly support business needs, contributing to a culture of excellence, productivity, and employee engagement. Confidentiality, integrity, and strong stakeholder management are essential as you work to implement best practices and drive impactful change across the organization.

Requirements for Success

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the ANZ Executive team, managers, and employees, ensuring HR initiatives align with business needs.
  • Strategic HR Partnership – Work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business performance, workforce planning, and organizational growth.
  • Talent Management & Development –Succession planning and career development, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution – Address workplace issues, grievances, and conflicts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Change Management – Guide the business through periods of change, including restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Workplace Culture & Engagement – Implement initiatives to enhance employee motivation, satisfaction, and connection to the organization, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Diversity & Inclusion – Champion initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace, ensuring equal opportunities and a culture of belonging for all employees.
  • Program Integration – Align HR programs such as talent management, employee development, and performance management with broader business objectives.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partnering position with a strong understanding of HR best practices
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees across the organization
  • Experience in recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and career development to ensure business continuity and growth
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace policies, and best practices for handling grievances, disputes, and complex HR issues
  • Experience in leading HR initiatives during business transformations, restructures, cultural shifts, and process improvements
  • Ability to analyse workforce data, identify trends, and develop insights that drive informed HR strategies
  • Experience in driving DE&I initiatives, fostering an inclusive work environment, and promoting equal opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements to mitigate risks and ensure ethical business practices
  • Understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR strategies with overall company goals and objectives
  • Experience in leading HR projects, rolling out new programs, and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
