GENERAL FUNCTION
The Senior Analyst plans, reports and analyzes sales and operational performance for Sunglass Hut North America to identify opportunities, provide recommendations and drive change throughout the organization.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating high-level planning and store level sales targets for measuring and monitoring organizational performance.
- Uses the sales targets to create high visibility daily and weekly store sales goals used for determining field and store variable compensation.
- Leverages data warehouse (BusinessObjects) to verify sales data, interpret and analyze sales and KPI results to determine trends and provide recommendations.
- Establishes proactive working relationships with business partners and develops methodologies/functionality to automate and streamline processes
- Participates in special projects and create ad hoc analysis.
- Partners with brand team on transformational brand projects.
- Partners with field leaders to highlight opportunities in sales and operational trends.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- S. and/or M.B.A in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics
- 4+ years financial planning and analysis and/or commercial finance experience
- Advanced financial modeling experience and attention to detail
- Thrive in a dynamic and results driven organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail industry experience
- Knowledge of SAP and/or BusinessObjects
Pay Range: 76,330.00 - 105,296.40
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
