GENERAL FUNCTION

The Strategy Intern will work on critical business issues and special projects for the Luxottica Wholesale North America organization. The internship will give a sense of what a full-time role within the Luxottica Wholesale NA organization could look like.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help manage high-visibility strategic corporate projects for the WHS NA Business
  • Provide analytical point support on critical questions in the business
  • Develop specific action plans with business leaders in different functions to realize opportunities, address shortfalls, and implement a longer-term corporate vision 
  • Proactively identify, research, assess, and prioritize emerging strategic issues and opportunities
  • Research, synthesize, and develop perspectives and recommendations on and for critical business issues using both internal and external sources of information

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current MBA student from top-tier business school
  • Very strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, maturity and good judgment 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment 
  • Excellent prioritization skills with a clear focus on results 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Study/work abroad or international exposure
  • 2+ years’ work experience in project management or consulting a plus

 

Pay Range: $45.00/hour  - $55.00/hour 

 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
