Your role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join the POP Supply Chain team. The intern will support the management of the POP materials catalogue for a set of brands, ensuring availability in the right warehouse at the right time.

Main responsibilities:

- Support project management activities related to sourcing strategy for Retail / Wholesale POP materials

- Assist in POP purchasing planning for the retail channel (cross banners)

- Contribute to POP materials’ master data management (catalogues and order forms)

- Support the insertion of new props into the catalogue (specific banners), including monitoring of timelines

- Help track and update KPIs (Service Level, Inventory, Inbound and Outbound flows)

- Collaborate on supply chain and sourcing-related projects within the team

- Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and projects

Main Requirements:

- Master’s degree ongoing in Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields

- Strong interest in Supply Chain, Operations, and Project Management

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Good organizational and multitasking skills

- Proactive, problem-solving attitude

- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, also in an international context

- Fluent in English 

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)

- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
