JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the Business and Data Intelligence team globally across EL with responsibilities related to BI ( both in terms of business intelligence and delivery in terms of data intelligence)

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• Stream line data related activities, in terms of version of truth, single source of truth
• Simplify the reporting landscape , with primary focus on scalability and accuracy
• Create data driven culture across all business units
• Guide the Demand managers and delivery managers to meet business needs , and support them in day to day activities
• People management: 15+ people plus vendors

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

INTERNAL : Business and IT leads across all departments

EXTERNAL : software vendors and consulting companies

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Educational Background in Masters in Information tech, engineering in computer side with focus on data or relevant field .
• At least 15-20 years of experience in Data intelligence role
• Strong problem solving skills
• Solid experience with SAP BW4HANA, SAP ERPs ( S4, AFS..)  Data warehousing, data mining, Azure tech stack , reporting platforms like SAP BO , SAC ..
• Solid experience in data warehousing and business intelligence
• Experience in running large integration projects and bringing on change management into the new integration teams
