Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated E-commerce Special Projects Manager. In this role, within E-commerce division, you will serve as the main point of reference for Special Projects, overseeing the full stream from project planning, development and execution for the channel, to collecting forecast and product offer overview, to reporting and analysis as key factors of success. The focus will be on driving business performance and category improvements on key innovative products side with a cross-market eye and perspective, leveraging on one of the most interesting projects of the next years.

Main responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of reference and leader for the assigned project, coordinating all activities from the project planning phase to the recurrent reporting and performance analysis on the category.
- Identify ad hoc opportunities for the channel to develop and amplify key projects on site
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement within the category and implementing strategic actions to optimize outcomes, implementing dedicated and updated reporting to be shared with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Wearable team, the Brand team and Program team, ensuring alignment on objectives and seamless communication throughout .com projects lifecycle.
- Serve as the central hub for cross-market needs related to the project, gathering insights and driving actions across different regions and markets.
- Support the development and enhancement of the project, with a focus on website enhancements and communication projects that involve the Creative Hub too.
- Provide ongoing project support, ensuring that milestones are met, and proactively addressing challenges to keep the project on track.
- Act as a key liaison between business, wearable, operation, creative, and technical teams, facilitating the flow of information and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of project tasks.
- Manage of key .com special projects such as Wunderkind Channel, Omnichannel streams.
Main requirements:
- Msc’ in Business Administration, Finance or similar fields
- At least 5 year of experience in similar roles (E-commerce positions) within complex organizations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Macros, pivots, power pivots, lookups, VBA)
- Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets to identify trends, customer behaviors, and market opportunities.
- Ability to align business strategies with e-commerce operations, optimizing for revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders (management, marketing teams, etc.).
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, IT, wearable and operations
- Analytical thinking to identify and resolve issues affecting e-commerce performance (e.g., site performance, conversion rates, inventory management).
- Proven experience in project management, business analysis, or related fields, ideally within a performance-driven business environment.
- Strong ability to analyze business data and performance metrics to drive category improvements and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-market coordination for project success.
- Experience in website enhancements, category/product projects, and working with creative teams (Creative Hub) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
