Your role
As an HRBP Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Corporate HRBP team in aligning People initiatives with business objectives. You will work closely with senior HRBPs and stakeholders across multiple global functions, gaining exposure to strategic HR planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This is an opportunity to develop essential HR skills, gain insights into corporate HR strategies, and contribute to meaningful projects that have a global impact.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Corporate HRBP team in supporting global corporate functions, acting as a liaison between HR departments and business leaders.
- Implementation of Global Initiatives: Support the execution of global HR programs related to talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- HR Processes: Contribute to core HR processes such as performance management, career development, and succession planning, ensuring smooth execution across global functions.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze workforce data, create reports, and provide insights to support decision-making in areas such as talent mobility, retention, and diversity & inclusion.
Main requirements:
- Educational Background in economics, psychology, law, international studies or any equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- HR Passionate
